Proving a profiency in another career should be a prerequisite to becoming a pastor. So there is a pathway to carpentry/HVAC/real estate/I.T. instead of having to watch them write books or sell themselves as life coaches, podcasters or influencers when they blow up their lives.

I see many men in my work who are focused on their sexual needs while ignoring the needs of their spouse and refusing to see they are related.
