@feezellm The only good outcome of this experience is it’s definitely made me more empathic toward student situations! It’s so important to remember many of our kiddos have circumstances at home that affect grades, attendance, etc.
Just a piece of advice... if someone has been given days to live, don’t speak of them in past tense if they’re still alive? “She was such a sweet person” no she IS. Idk just seems so disrespectful to said person and their family.
Rant over 🤷🏼♀️
Surgeon: We’re only going to call if something is wrong, otherwise see you in two weeks!
Doc: *calls within two days*
Me: *answers the phone in tears convinced I’m dying”
Doc: Just thought we’d go ahead and tell you everything is fine!
Of course I’m relieved but... dang 😅🙃
My lessons are not done and my room is not ready but I just ordered so many new skirts and dresses, y’all I’m FINALLY putting together a teacher wardrobe! 😌
I want my husband to save his vacation days for the trip we’re planning (probably to nowhere bc ‘rona) so I scheduled my surgery this morning on my step-mom’s day off so she could drive me. Now most folks think Josh was too selfish to take the day off and I feel guilty 😂🥺😭
