Ordered a sofa from @potterybarn in August. Worst mistake ever. Delivery delayed from 10/15 to 11/5 to JANUARY 22. Called for an explanation, was told "yeah, sorry." No reason, no empathy, no recompense. Plus, they don't allow cancellations on "special orders." Unreal.
