We flew from Varadero, Cuba on July 14 via Pearson. Missed our connection to NL (YYT) and now we have 3 missing suitcases. Filled out missing luggage claims and haven’t heard a word. Can’t reach anyone at WJ.

@lise_george Unfortunately our journey home was not as pleasant. Missed our connection in TO, spent the night in the airport and now our checked baggage is lost as well. Travel nightmare.

Just wanted to give a shout out to West Jet! After hearing so many travel horror stories we were quite nervous about our journey to Cuba from NL, Canada via Pearson airport. We flew on July 7 2022 and had absolutely no issues with delays, cancellations or lost luggage!@WestJet
