@courtneyellis This is so true. I made a conscious decision last year to stop apologizing for everything and stand in my power when it comes to my words and my feelings. It hasn’t been easy though. Old habits are hard to break.
I hope they passed the plate after this meeting because my man Gary just gave the altar call of his life. 🙏🏼 I’m over here finding things to repent of after hearing that.

It’s no secret that, of all the faith practices, praying is the one we do the least & need the most. It’s the heart & soul of intimacy with God. Imagine marriage if people talked about their spouse but rarely to them. But we can learn how to pray just like we learned how to talk.
