Liquidity is scarce and needs to be incentivised these days so it's adjusted for Indigo needs and isn't presented as shared liquidity imho.

Introducing the Indigo Innovation Proposal

The Indigo team has been working in earnest to bring impactful solutions to life that align with Cardano's longterm vision. The Indigo Innovation Proposal, driven by our Vision 2030 Revenue Share (V2030RS) framework, contributes protocol revenue from institutional tokenized RWAs (iUSDt backed by Treasuries), BTC-Fi primitives, and shielded iAssets on Midnight directly and perpetually to the Cardano Treasury. @solidsnakedev @MidnightNtwrk But doesn't it enable an option for anonymity, too? It will have a built-in capability for shielded transactions, which, in my understanding, is to achieve anonymous fund transfers, just like ZCash enables.

@zygomeb Yeah, I've exaggerated that number, 1-3 rental appartments per an individual inflate the price significantly IMHO. Since all of those are mortgage based, it also inflates the rents to cover the expenses of owners. But yup prolly comb of both of the factors contribute to the issue

@zygomeb I don't think the end of Ukraine war will influence the prices much 🤔 The inflation of price is rooted in the super renters owning dozens of properties making it a "bussiness". Living is an essential need and that should be regulated by the state IMO.
