I think one of the reasons why people with ADHD “feel themselves” when they look good is because when we don’t feel good about our appearance, we FEEL really bad ourselves.

4-5% of the adult population has ADHD. A disorder once associated with ‘naughty’ children, it is still largely misunderstood within the general community. This disorder is not over prescribed nonsense. This is real. This is debilitating. And we need to talk about this more.
