Hey @AmericanAir how is a maintenance issue now a “weather related issues” and refusing refunds when your website stats vouchers are given if waiting more then 3 hours … please explain.
Hey @AmericanAir l, I’m still waiting for a meaningful resolution to reference # 1-40552098053z. A trip that should have taken 6 hours turned into a 24 hour ordeal. 10+ delays, 7+ hours in one airport. $800 flight and $200 extras = $100 credit voucher - ABSURD!! #horrible
@AmericanAir The agent I spoke to today didn’t know I had requested a manager and my request was denied. Horrible. AA thinks they can claim “weather delay” and be done with it. 2 refunds have been requested and a lousy $100 credit was given for a $700 flight and over 20 hour delay.
@AmericanAir I never got an email today. I’ve already given consent to speak to - who is the traveler… hence the Reference Number I provided - that came from them. I have another reference number as well.
Dang, I see @AmericanAir is getting heat from EVERYONE today. My reference number is still posted, @ClaimResolex has me blocked as I wouldn’t download their app, LemFi (international payment app)… it’s comical. Worst Customer Service experience in a while
@AmericanAir Hey @AmericanAir someone called, claiming to be with Customer Care. Wanted me to download an app called LemFi and when I said no, they blocked me on X. Professional? Or Scam artist?
