@thepointsguy Hd 13 hrs @iah Tues, @united issues: toured all 5 terminals, rode the subway & skyway, checked out the construction, had a delicious pizza + good red wine and checked out some art while getting in 10k+ steps. Then Ubered home after 5 canceled flights. 😬✈️ 🍋#lemonstolemonade

@thepointsguy How did @united distribute points? Impacted me Tues 6/27. 13+ hrs @iah/5 canceled flights/never flew. App down next day/2+ hrs on hold trying to resolve to no avail. Never got to Cali. Agent blamed weather, not weather! I've received no points/no credit. #unhappyPlatinumclient

@UnitedAirlines please please fix your app! The inability to only see flights from 1 airport to another without seeing a million airports locally (despite selecting the option not to) is beyond infuriating... may need to go with another airline permanently, despite being gold!!
