📲 IG | Barbara: "It really does take a village. 🤍
Feeling incredibly blessed to have the love and support of my family and friends through this new chapter of my life. I couldn’t have done this without you.
A huge thank you to @victoriassecret for embracing me exactly where I am in my postpartum journey and making me feel so beautiful and confident. I mean, we were literally sewing nursing pads into my bras backstage! 😂 A little reminder of the reality behind all the glam.
Going back to work was a choice I was lucky enough to make. And while I’m so grateful for this opportunity, I can’t help but think about all the mothers who don’t have that choice. In the US, so many women are expected to return to work just 6–8 weeks after giving birth, often without paid maternity leave. Mothers deserve more time, more support, and more choices.
I’m so proud of this moment and what I accomplished, and I’m happy to be back in our little bubble with Sylvie 🥹
One thing I really want to say is that every postpartum journey looks different, and none of us should ever feel the need to compare. What you saw on that runway was me all dolled up, but my everyday postpartum reality looks very different. Some days, just finding time to take a shower or sit down and eat a meal in peace feels like a huge accomplishment.
And that deserves to be celebrated too.
Because whether you’re walking a runway, going back to work, or simply making it through another sleepless night, we all have one incredible thing in common: we created a miracle. And that alone deserves to be celebrated.
Motherhood is hard, beautiful, messy, emotional, and so, so worth it.
Thank you for all the love. My heart is full.
Let’s go, mamas! We’re all doing amazing. 🤍"
It’s quite funny how this British media doesn’t get tired of trashing Max, Meanwhile he is one of the only ones who is trying everything in his power to make racing more accessible for young people by putting a bigger light to this whole Simracing community😅
“Lesser mortals would have stayed at home”?!
What kind of creature would write such an insulting statement about cancer patients?!
I’m a doctor who works with cancer patients - I see their bravery, strength, courage, resilience every day & have a huge amount of respect & admiration for them.
Many continue working, looking after children, campaigning etc. I’ve seen so many cancer patients struggling behind doors yet put a smile on their face to protect loved ones/ keep going.
Even if they can’t as their illness is too severe, every day getting up to fight their cancer with their horrendous symptoms deserves a bloody medal.
So no, you don’t get to call them “lesser mortals”. You should be deeply ashamed of yourself
"Thank you for setting an example on how to be a team!"
🇭🇷🙏🇻🇦 At Vatican City, a private audience with the Holy Father Pope Francis, was held for #Croatia national football team and HNS delegation led by president Marijan Kustić, and @Pontifex addressed them with a welcome speech!

I’ll never forget how fabricated stories about Israelis dominated western media while real videos of Palestinians didn’t make it beyond social media.
The hierarchy of lives is clear.
Every single night, Pope Francis says he calls to check in on the priest at the only Catholic Church in Gaza.
"The other day they were happy because they managed to eat some meat. The rest of the time they eat flour, things made of flour," says the pope. https://t.co/MSHD9lF3HD
