[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@ClouderNikki @greateranglia Agreed. It is freezing!!

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia It was heading to Southend central, where I would then get a train to Liverpool street

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia Hi , it was the 10.39. It left at 10.36 , it saw it drive away

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia your bus replacement left 4 mins early, meaning I missed my train.Your staff at rochford said"the bus drivers do what they want".No sorry or explanation.Disgusting customer service. Please explain.I don't expect to pay for a season ticket and get treated like this.

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia The 5.15 from Liverpool st.

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia I'm stuck between billericay and wickfkrd . I'm going on holiday tonight . How long will I be stuck here for ?

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia The 18.15 to southend box

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia well done , made me late home twice in one week- you are on a roll !

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia No announcements at all. Just increasing times, no reasons given . I wouldn't be so bothered it's just wasting my evenings all the time.

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia I'm absolutely fuming as this happens every week ! I don't know how you get away with it . You cause huge disruption to so many lives.

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia It would help if the train stations actually updated people, that's what I find most frustrating .

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia It's Kristina. Your service to southrnd Victoria. Will I ever get home before midnight on one of your trains ?

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia every time in the last month I've got a train with you past 8pm it's delayed . Your service is shocking.

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

@greateranglia delayed to Southend again. Great . Thanks for all the updates at Liverpool Street - really useful !!!! Not.

[Kristina Drake @KristinaDrake92]

Why is the 34 stopping at every red light even your driver doesn't know ? @greateranglia
