2) Research shows that for most people, your musical tastes get locked in around your mid twenties and the pursuit of “newness” is almost entirely abandoned by 34.
I would desperately love to apply to this project. Sadly the systemic exclusion of anyone with life commitments, or limitations, makes it clear they only want a certain type of candidate. No wonder academia has a David-ersity problem. Funding bodies can easily change this.
