We've had a long night at the hospital. An officer arrived at our home around 11:30pm informing us Jaidyn was shot while she and her friends were being robbed outside of Pic n Save. (Thread)

He expects a full recovery but she will be in the splint for about two weeks until the swelling goes down and then in a cast for around two months. 6/

*** UPDATE #2*** Jaidyn is in recovery from surgery. The doctor said the bones in her foot were pulverized by the bullet passing through. A slush of sharp splinters.

She is stable, but a little traumatized. She will be having surgery soon. If anyone who prays would be willing to send up a few extra for our family right now I would greatly appreciate it. 2/
