@CitImmCanada Hi IRCC! I've applied for a PRTD, but didn't get any response. I only recently became a permanent resident and have to receive my first PR card yet. I travelled to the Philippines and need to get back to work in Winnipeg ASAP. Can I come back with my TRV and eCoPR?
