I've read your posts and you are quite lacking in understanding. If you don't do anything about the little things then people that act this way will continue to do other things because there are no consequences for their actions. The small things are seen by others and they will do the same. They then try to push the boundaries and do things that are even worse. Your mentality is why people act this way to begin with.
