It is an ultimate, and one of the most telegraphed ones at that. 3K may seem ridiculous but it's the kinda numbers you have to reach when

@BrethrenAccusr @ChrisTDickson I do think a fully built Vulcan with ENHANCED Fire Giant and fully stacked Necronomicon should be able to one shot a squishy god with a Max range (x1.65 dmg) Ultimate in lategame.
