You might look into the razer kiyo pro ultra. I don't personally have one but from the videos I've watched, it looks very very good. I'd recommend watching some of the reviews as well.

I think if @bstategames got rid of the absurd aim punch it would make Tarkov feel a lot better for everyone on both sides of a fight. It's shitty to get aim punched while your vision is blurry so you can't see or aim, and it's even worse when their arms block all your shots.

Everyone needs to go watch some old tarkov videos and just look at how fun the game was. There were movers, labs wasn't infested with cheaters, and the PVP was just 10000% better. COPIUM......
