Day 4 since @Iberia_en left our luggage in Florence. The claim has not been updated since then. The location information I have is from my air tags. Hard to think about a poorer customer experience. Not sure how long will we spent without our things, but pretty disruptive.

@Iberia_en Bad news, @Iberia_en social team could not help in the process. I was asked to use the track baggage process :(. Will wait and keep posting the location of my bags every day twice a day. I want to see what incredible places they will visit without me. I hope they join us soon!

@Iberia_en our flight from Florence to Madrid decided not to bring any luggage on board. Reached out to claim support yesterday and today and there is no update. My AirTags show the luggage is still in Florence. Can anyone help me recover our stuff?
