@millennium How the customer give 4 stars to this hotel...Very bad Service.Very very bad hotel. I had booked the hotel for 7 days but When I cancelled my booking due to change in rule of Qatar govt. they denied to give me refund. They Cheat with me.... Please don't book this.

@millennium I already requested to my agent for it but he denied and told me that hotel will not provide any refund that's why I contact the hotel directly. Please tell me if my agent request for refund will it possible from your side??

@millennium It's 60,000 INR which was around 2000 QAR which is lots of worth for me....Even I'm also an international student but they denied to give refund.....Banned This hotel....They cheat with customers by doing this type of behavior....

@airindiain Worst customer service.I booked my flight for international travel for 24 but it cancelled due to COVID so when I rescheduled it by calling customer service they changed my name without any reason and when I asked to correction they denied.even mistake was done by their agent ..
