@SkyHelpTeam I bought an additional sky q mini for £50 now when I am terminating the multiple license I am being asked to return the one provided for free and the one I paid for. Why am I returning the one I paid for?
@eonenergyuk I am not even a customer and not impressed with the service....very poor. I waited a hour and half after James put me on hold. No courtesy to let me know status...
@eonenergyuk been on the phone to get my gas meter assigned to my address not my neighbour so I can be with a provider of my choice (new build). Spoke to someone half hour after waiting (James), he’s put me on hold for the last 40/50mins. Total time 1 hour 20 mins. Joke!

We really cannot wait this long....also no communication from store nor head office a part from the generic message below. It’s not good enough and very poor overall.
@scssofas what’s the latest with the carpet courier company going into administration and when are we likely to have the carpet fitted? Rang customer service yesterday morning and was promised a callback. Nothing yet!
