@romanbb @DonAshcraft Agreed. I had the TicWatch, GW, and OnePlus watch. Loving the AW S7. The TicWatch was trash. GW was good, but heavy and Tizen OS sucked. The OP Watch had potential, but lacked almost every feature a smart watch should have.

@DonAshcraft I decided to give Apple a try and went with the 13 Pro Max. So far, I’m not opposed to using it for the next 2 years. IOS has come a long way since I last used it on the iPhone 4

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport this has been going on 9 hours now. Was forced to take the day off due to this outage. What's an ETtR on getting this resolved?
Initially, the status message had a 1pm ETtR, that came and went and the ETtR was removed.
