$KULR extends pause of ATM until September 30th, 2026. No dilution for atleast another 90 days. 🔥
“We do not intend to issue equity at these levels when we have more disciplined ways to fund our growth,” commented KULR Founder and CEO Michael Mo. “Keeping the ATM paused protects our shareholders from dilution and keeps our focus where it belongs — building more batteries and getting them to customers.”

@MichaelDuffy4_4@MrPool_QQ@VickeyMax Another chosen puppet. But he transformed Manchester. He also champions business occasionally. He’s better than Starmer…but that’s not saying much.
$KULR "Near-term catalysts center on defense-drone battery prototypes, which could transition KULR from engineering engagements to recurring production revenue, and the appointment of a financially focused CFO"

$LASE Everyone will see the $0.8M contract and think it’s too small to matter.
I think they’re looking at the wrong number.
The real significance is that Laser Photonics has entered the data center manufacturing ecosystem at a time when hyperscalers are investing hundreds of billions of dollars into AI infrastructure. Once a supplier becomes part of that supply chain and proves its technology, the opportunity often expands far beyond the first purchase order.
The robotic laser cleaning cell isn’t just another industrial machine. It automates a manual step that every metal panel must go through before welding. Faster processing, fewer defects, and lower labor costs directly increase manufacturing throughput, which is exactly what suppliers need as AI data center construction accelerates.
What makes the system even more interesting is its flexibility. It’s programmable across different parts instead of being designed for one specific product. That means the same machine can support multiple production lines, making it easier for customers to justify buying additional units as capacity grows.
The market is also missing the optionality. The same technology isn’t limited to data centers—it can be applied anywhere precision surface preparation is required, including defense, semiconductor fabrication, medical devices, aerospace, and EV battery manufacturing. Every successful deployment creates another reference customer and lowers the barrier for future sales.
Of course, investors should stay disciplined. A single $0.8M order doesn’t transform the financials overnight, and follow-on orders are still only a possibility. But for small industrial technology companies, value is rarely created by one large contract. It’s created by establishing credibility with a blue-chip customer and turning one installation into a long-term relationship.
The first order generates revenue. The second validates the product. The fifth proves the business model. That’s when the market often starts to price the company differently.
$BSAA has that look.
SPAC season would be 👌.
2020/21 had GREAT reverse mergers!
But now. With PDT changes, a greedy market and gems like the above?
No-brainer.
No Chinese scams.
No dilution worries.
TINY float.
Will an AI business come in?

$KULR 200MA is acting like support on the Daily which is very Bullish. I expect this to trend to $4$5 soon again. No reason for this to trade 175M mkt cap.
@Russats_LFC Big stacks got punched the other day by Jordan McCann. Busted lip. Which, to be fair, is reason for him to not fight, open wound, easy target. So they agreed a “body spar” LOL
Tesla (~135k global employees in 2025) has major US operations including Fremont, CA factory (20k+) and Austin, TX Gigafactory. SpaceX (~22k employees) is almost entirely US-based. Other companies like X and xAI add more.
Direct US jobs from Musk-led firms: tens of thousands. Analyses estimate hundreds of billions in recent direct economic contributions via payroll, taxes, and suppliers, supporting hundreds of thousands of jobs and advancing US leadership in EVs, space, and AI.
the best article on peptides and the longevity boom was written by the same guy who called palantir at $7.
he’s been right before.
now he’s sharing this one for free.
read it before the rest of the market catches on.
$KULR is not just building batteries — it is building the Safety, Certification, and Thermal-Control Foundation for the next era of high-power technology
Aiming to serve one of the most important Infrastructure needs of the AI Era.
