@Alupang @ClownWorld I have read renters complain about tenants terrible DIY remodel one decided to cut down the tree because she didn’t like it and it’s ended up falling on the home . another renter complain b her landlord evicted her because she painted the kitchen cabinets lgbtq colors .

@Alupang @ClownWorld I would not rent out a home especially with this generation they’re feel entitled same of them will not pay rent once they’re are evicted end up destroy the home other do not listen to the landlord rules remodel the home to they’re liking the DIY remodel is a 50/50 good or bad.

@HeroicLife @CigsMake Unfortunately it hurting us in saving in this economy in buying parts or get a new one the dishwasher broke down it wasn’t 10 years old .decided to save money in hand washing the dishes instead of replacing the stupid thing .The ones built back in the day older days last 30 year
