This is rich Hawkins. If you're so concerned about Kansans with disabilities why didn't you do more to help those with I/DD when you were on the KanCare HCBS committee? You were too busy being wined and dined by the insurance companies you were charged with oversight of.

Expanding Medicaid would lower costs for everyone. In the years after Kansas chose not to expand Medicaid, more Kansas tax dollars were sent to support our local hospitals. Those are local taxpayer dollars that could be going back into Kansans' pockets.
