The plight of travelling by AI 310 from #Melbourne #Mumbai (direct flight):
90% of the screens weren't working,closing the toilet doors was a task (imagine the stench), and so on..
This route needs newer planes or let all the hard work go down the drain @airindia @RNTata2000

@yarratrams It was not much about finding a tram than finding replacements or different options. None of the support team knew anything. If the road blocks are preplanned updating the support team helps.

@airindia @RNTata2000 Appreciated your prompt reply, yet, the focus was on waiting inside a cramped bus for 20 minutes that could have been avoided.
Imagine being stuffed in a bus that had little space to move for that many minutes just to not exceed 1 hour of delay which apparently became 2 hours

2 hours of delay, and making everyone wait in a crammed bus for 20 minutes (almost 4 of them) to board AI 310 on 12th Jan 2024 #Mumbai - #Melbourne flight was bizarre.
Better management would have been helpful @airindia @RNTata2000
