After 20 something calls and 2 hours in the waiting queue I FINALLY got through to a representative for @SouthwestAir. She was extremely nice and gave us our money back 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Hopefully SWA takes better care of their employees than their customers/systems. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
