Such a disgrace. Ukrainian saber fencer Olga Kharlan was disqualified from the world championship after refusing to shake hands with a Russian fencer.
Why make them shake hands? Where is any respect to the feelings of Ukrainian athletes, whose country is under attack?
Anna Smirnova lost the fair competition and decided to play dirty with the handshake show. This is exactly how Russian army acts on the battlefield. Olha Kharlan won the fair competition and showed dignity. I urge @FIE_fencing to restore Kharlan’s rights and allow her to compete.
📢
We once again have an open #CallForPapers for our Play/Write Student Journal! 📝
If you've written an essay on #videogames, consider sending us your work until October 1st to receive feedback and be published in our next issue.

Not a joke. This very morning, when Russians blow up the Kakhovka HPP and dam causing a real catastrophe, the @UN publicly celebrates Russian language day.
I support @Marta_Kostyuk, who was booed after refusing to shake hands with Belarussian Aryna Sabalenka. Those who booed need to visit Bucha, where the Russian army came from Belarus and massacred civilians. Or run to a shelter when a Russian jet takes off in Belarus. Then, boo.
Russia destroyed the Kakhovka dam inflicting probably Europe’s largest technological disaster in decades and putting thousands of civilians at risk. This is a heinous war crime. The only way to stop Russia, the greatest terrorist of the 21st century, is to kick it out of Ukraine.
After some more great lectures, our Technical Vision Talks are finished now. See you again after a short lunch break 🔜 https://t.co/Pzwg4a7o14

When you hear about "great russian" culture, think about centuries of stealing from museums and genocides of other cultures (Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars, Circassians, etc.). This is why russian culture is so great – everyone around them was killed and destroyed.
Last Sunday, our GSE Identity Game Jam concluded successfully! 💪Our students worked hard and had a lot of fun with the topic. Thank you all for your time and energy! 😁
