@Jason As a teacher and parent, it’s extremely sad and scary to see schools closing. For some, school is their safe place and the teacher is the only person that makes them feel safe or loved. Also, you do you. I’m not judging! We‘re supposed to support one another, that’s how we grow

@PeterSchiff I teach special education and mandated by law to provide differentiated lessons and data documentation. That may be a difference. Personally, I think the sped teachers are ahead on this one 👍

@PeterSchiff I see how this may seem to a person not in the field. This is the way the media portrays it. Not all districts or teachers did the same amount of work, but speaking for myself...I worked more hours during our remote time and had more contact with parents than when I was in class
