the path to excellence is consistency.
and the path to consistency is an environment that sets up consistency.
at KTF, we create both the in-person training environment and the at-home training structure.
& we make it fun. measurable. game-like. competitive. curriculum is king.
how to get 90+ minutes of at-home technical work per week (outside of team training).
training options:
• 3 × 30 min = 90
• 2 × 45 min = 90
• 4 × 25 min = 90+
• 6 × 15 min = 90
ages 6–10 is where this is built.
8–12 if starting later. volume matters.
the value of everything that you do is in how long you can sustain it.
a technical session today with a trainer does nothing, but a technical session every week for a year is everything.
a mini 20min at home technical training (AHTT) today will do nothing, but a mini AHTT everyday for a year will change your life.
today can be easy if the year is consistent.
passion may be the [why], but discipline is the [how].
many might have the energy to start getting after it, but aren’t able to keep it going.
too much chasing the next new shiny thing. get in with someone who has the ground work layed out. so u can execute & sustain.
START WHEN YOU’RE BUSY.
u want sustainable change/lasting results the best time to start is when ur busy. that way u know how to handle it when u inevitably get busy again.
#LastingResults
5 ways to not see progress with technical training.
1) inconsistency.
2) doing random stuff w/ no progressive plan.
3) doing things without proper technique.
4) zero at home wkly training regimen
5) having zero aim (no habits or behaviors driving you to a goal).
most ppls approach in this industry of technical training are just pulling shit off of the internet and hoping it sticks.
if ur going into business recognize what your weaknesses are. seek mentors, get in the trenches & coach, get licensing, take courses, certifications.
