@AmazonHelp even talked to customer care executive but he said there is a technical problem and we t trying to resolve it. It's very very frustrating 😤

@AmazonHelp This problem is consistent since more than 6 months, the prime video opens in my airtel xstream smart stick but when i try to see any video this msg comes up... Earlier it used to run 5-10 mins or even more sometimes then this msg used to come.But now the video won't even start

@AmazonHelp The problem persists and now the video does not run for even a min.. Since there has been no resolution of this problem from your end... I guess only i only have option left to unsubscribe @PrimeVideoIN

@AmazonHelp Well i was not allotted any time as to when it'll get resolved, the executive only said we're trying from our end. it's been more than 6 months since this is happening. BTW Thanks for prompt response!

@AmazonHelp my prime video runs on airtel Xstream smart stick, it crashes after running for some time every single time i try to view anything... This happens only in smart stick not on my phone... I've tried every possible troubleshooting given in help section.
