🔨 Smart Contract Development Update

Another milestone completed.

The core smart contracts powering KUBE HUB have now been developed and are entering the audit phase before deployment.

Current status:

✅ Holding Smart Contract — Completed.
✅ Burn Smart Contract — Completed.
✅ Burn Sink — Created and ready.
✅ Badge Mint Smart Contract — Completed.
✅ Buyback Escrow — Completed.

The remaining components related to Midnight privacy features (KYC, EU Residency and Shielded Locking) will be developed and deployed once the Midnight tooling becomes publicly available.

As always, security comes first.

Before any contract is activated on mainnet, it will undergo internal testing, external auditing, and staged deployment to ensure everything operates exactly as intended.

Tonight, Kube Ecosystem officially submitted the KUBE White Paper to the CNMV under the new European MiCA regulation.

After months of legal work, documentation, reviews and preparation, it’s done. Filed. Registered. On the record.

📋 Registry Number: 202607****

This isn’t a promise of what’s coming one day. This is something we’ve already done.

For us, this is an important step towards building KUBE the right way: transparently, legally and with a real company behind it.

Over the next 20 working days, the CNMV will review the filing. During that time we’ll continue working on KUBE Hub, preparing the White Paper publication and getting everything ready for the next phase of the ecosystem.

A few things worth remembering:
