@OPay_NG it is not only me having this issue. Even my friend is a victim of this fraudulent act from the Google play debit.

and a resolution to this issue.
I have an attachment of these transactions and it is narrating as WEB.

...but unfortunately, they claim that nothing can be done to rectify the situation.
I urge you to investigate this matter and take necessary actions to reverse the unauthorized transactions and provide a clear explanation for these deductions.
I request a prompt response.
