I am shrouded in profound sadness by the abrupt passing of Benoit Pagotto @benit0it.

I have very few friends—actually, almost none.

But RTFKT’s @RTFKT Benoit, whom I first met online during the pandemic, was one of the rare beings who made me think, “Ah! This person might be my friend!”
From his ideas with no limits to his drive and ability to take action, he was simply unparalleled.

And above all, his kindness!
When my family visited Paris and my son was feeling down, Benoit kindly spent a few days with him, showing him around the city and playing games together. His compassion was truly beyond measure.

∞! Benoit! Let us meet again someday!!
Because I do believe in the next world beyond!!

Many don't know about a top-secret unreleased project we worked on from 2022 to 2023 — the definitive documentary on RTFKT.
