Muizzu knew without a shadow of a doubt that MNDF divers had historically aborted missions even after locating a body due to "Extreme Safety Risks." In fact, during his visit to the site before yesterday, the divers briefed him directly on these dangers.

They explicitly referenced a past body recovery mission in Laamu Atoll under Prez Ibu where the body was located at a depth of over 70+ meters but the MNDF rightfully refused to dive to that depth, refusing to take such an unacceptable risk.

The damning question then remains;

Why did this Govt force MNDF divers down without mandatory surface intervals this time?

They knew undeniably that this was no longer a rescue mission to save a life, but a recovery operation.

Why was a soldier's life treated as expendable??

I have always loved Nasheed’s energy & spirit until he tried to use it to DESTROY MDP. He was unsuccessful.

But he joined Muizzu, confused Maldivians in 2023 elections which ended MDP presidency.

I forgive him but I dont think MDP majority has. No one is king 👑
