Update on Ghost Games

Unfortunately, due to problems with build and geolocations - we have halted funding for Ghost Games and taken the Git Repository over on behalf of the Kujira Community. We were made aware of issues during the late delivery for Milestone 3.

FN can explain in more detail, but returned to the community fund $1323 of the $7500 so the project has cost $6177 to get towards but not complete milestone 2.

Whilst The Senate is extremely supportive of @Manta_DAO we have some concerns around the risk of community pool fund dilution given the size of the proposal and $MNTA being very new to the market.

The Senate has been made aware of gov prop #394: MNTA <> KUJI token swap.

Following discussion with @Manta_DAO we have agreed that validators should vote no to this proposal which will be reworked and re-submitted following some consultation.
