Rules of thumb for scaling:
1. Scale winners by 10 to 20% a day, not 3x overnight.
2. Kill anything under 2:1 after 30 days.
3. Put 70% of budget on proven campaigns, 20% on tests, 10% on new ideas.
Stop asking “what’s the least I can spend to get a customer?”
Ask “what’s the most I can afford?”
The business that knows its numbers can outbid everyone and still stay profitable.
If you're targeting cold audience through Meta Ads:
1. Show them pure educational content first.
2. Then retarget them with CTA ads.
Stop pitching strangers and wondering why no one's buying.
@louiemorgs how does anyone not realise these are engagement baits? bro, you don't have a link in your bio and sure, you're scaling to $900k/year. fucking slop-pumpers
Before you test any ad, know two numbers:
1. Average order value
2. LTV over 12 months
Aim for a 4x return.
So, if you have a $4,000 customer, you can spend up to $1,000 for a lead.
One of my clients was getting $200 leads for his $5K offer.
Then, instead of scaling the winners, he tried to get cheaper leads by testing new creatives.
He did end up getting $100 leads... but they were flat broke and just clogged his calendar.
Do with it what you will.
@dinkelpuss@andygreenwald@Briarpatch_USA Exactly my point... These retards just don't understand that we don't want to their stupid takes and ideas. We want what we read in the books presented JUST LIKE THAT on screen.
@andygreenwald@Briarpatch_USA I just wish you care just as much about Harry Potter and read the F*CKING books... What do you mean there's "creative possibilities within wizarding world"? If you think you're so creative, MAKE SOMETHING ORIGINAL. Don't ruin a show just because you think you can do better.
