As the festival of Diwali is approaching, Joint team intensified surprise raids and today raided the food businesses in district West & Central including khoya Mandi. Total 8 samples of paneer, khoya etc lifted to check it's quality & safety parameters. @NehaBansal31 @fssaiindia

To aware the khoya and paneer seller and purchaser, today FSW (Mobile Food Lab) was placed at Khoya Mandi mori gate. Live demo of adulterants checking was shown to FBOs , consumers & media personnel. Awareness material alongwith #DART booklet distributed @fssaiindia @NehaBansal31

Sample of food articles like kuttu atta( including loose), samak rice, sendha namak, singhara atta etc which are specially consumed in festival of Navratri are lifted by Deptt to ensure availability of safe and wholesome food to the people of Delhi. @NehaBansal31 @fssaiindia
