@flipkartsupport Dear support team, I have raised the request for replacement or return against the multiple issues the damage product and serial number mismatch on the product lable and carton box and invoice. The documents are attached before. And now received invoice serial number update, why?

@flipkartsupport@flipkartsupport afterall we have uploaded all the documents no one is review the issue and flipkart directly denying to accept the issue. I request to support backend team to review the issue once then request to replace the product and provide the correct serial number product.
Also flipkart try give compensation amount to keep the damage product means flipkart know the product is damage that's way they offer such type of chip things but I want fresh and genuine product. I don't want the chip money offer by seller or flipkart.
@flipkartsupport Still flipkart not responding properly and we have provided all the proof of damage product,one time 23-5-26 pickup arrange but due to serial number mismatch pickup team not take back the product,need to correct serial number and multiple issues came now why request not approved.
