ฉีดวัคซีนโควิดครบ 2 เข็มแล้ว กระตุ้นเข็ม 3 เมื่อไหร่? ด้วยวัคซีนอะไรดี? จากผลการศึกษาจากศูนย์วิจัยคลินิกศิริราช ทำให้เราทราบระดับภูมิคุ้มกันเฉลี่ย ในช่วง 2 สัปดาห์ และ 12 สัปดาห์หลังเข็มที่สอง ช่วยเป็นแนวทางในการฉีดวัคซีนกระตุ้นเข็ม 3 ดังภาพนะคะ

ผู้ที่ฉีดซิโนแวคสองเข็มสามารถถูกกระตุ้นได้ดีด้วยวัคซีนแอสตร้าเซเนก้าและไฟเซอร์เป็นเข็มที่ 3 ทั้งการฉีดเข้าชั้นกล้ามเนื้อและเข้าในชั้นผิวหนัง ส่วนผู้ที่ฉีดวัคซีนแอสตร้าเซเนก้ามาแล้วสองเข็มควรกระตุ้นเข็ม 3 ด้วยวัคซีนไฟเซอร์ ซึ่งได้ผลดีทั้งแบบเข้ากล้ามเนื้อหรือในผิวหนังค่ะ
