@malythe85 @McDonaldsUK @JustEatUK Good luck with the refund, they failed to deliver items from my order even though I even added a note for both McDonalds and the driver to check before leaving and they are refusing me a refund.

Ok, so @JustEatUK are happy to take payment upfront and then not deliver goods, then refuse a refund. #shambles company. How is their system even legal, daylight robbery!

@JustEatUK how comes I never receive my complete order? Even after leaving notes to check all items before collecting. Then I have to go out and get the missing items because the drivers always say it’s not their problem. So how exactly is your service saving me time?! #shambles
