It’s with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to KultScene.
The site will be alive for now, but one day all that might remain is our memories. And they were wonderful ones.
With the demise of @kultscene they were highlighting some of the stories they did over the years including a review of the American Hustle Life showcase: https://t.co/EOWlzsHT6o
Never saw this story of the armys in American Hustle Life organize themselves to get in the Show n Prove because of course they did
The writers are now moving on. As small independent press becomes increasingly rare, who will document future histories?

Cheer's to some of the most glorious years spent in my 20s.
I've done press for & interviewed some ULTS, wouldn't have gotten there without @kultscene.
Thanks for accepting my college essay @hoe_doyan and *believing* in me.

noo this is so sad 😔 kult scene was my first commissioned piece when i started freelancing and didn’t have a clue how to get started lol you guys have been such a big help along the way
thank you for everything you’ve done for the community 💕 it’s been fun
Was crying a bit while threading this and looking back at all our coverage. KultScene was one of the highlights of my life. It was just a bunch of us kids not knowing what we were doing, but somehow we just did shit, wrote what we wanted, & got somewhere. I love you all so much.
KultScene started out from my need to create the type of articles I wanted to read on K-pop that did not exist in 2014. And, sure, get to go to shows for free because K-pop has always been expensive.
