Where to even begin with this.

We hire more black officers because of DEI.

Those black police officers face hugely disproportionate rates of misconduct so they don’t get promoted.

Not promoting bent police officers is “racist” … so long as their skin is black.

Meaning … we’re now going to start promoting bad police officers, because appearing as racist is much worse than promoting corrupt police officers who abuse their power and engage in the very criminal activity they’re appointed to prevent.

So very logically if ICE and Donald Trump were just rounding up Mexicans they would grab everyone, but they don’t. They don’t because ICE is only looking for criminals first and illegals
