@AirCanada My flight was cancelled, then rebooked with further delays, and I received no proper assistance throughout. Overall experience was very disappointing which is far below expectations from a premium airline. I request proper resolution. #AirCanada#CustomerService

@orient_electric My next step should be filing a complaint in consumer court ? Because it's been a long time and I am still facing issues with the fan. I spoke with this guy Gopal thrice but he doesn't talk professionally and doesn't even help. Shall I report this to Mr Paras ?
