I am not saying it is wrong to collect convenience fee what is wrong not showing in the bill summary page and as well in the downloaded invoice. Never ever going to use #cred again. Be true to your customers.
@CRED_club@CRED_support I would say such a manipulative Ux design, during the utility bill payment only the bill amount is shown and in the payment page the convenience fee is charged, there are many apps providing free utility bill payment.

@EurekaForbes I have raised a complaint 12 days back and still haven't got any response. It's so annoying every time it's the same . Water is mandatory for everyday use. Worst customer service
