@Sudarshanvenu
Sir pls help me My TVS IQ rear tyre is making a slight noise& mentioned this issue several times before, but everyone dismissed it claiming the slight vibration was normal yet now warranty has expired they say motor is faulty AsTVS was waiting for guarantee to end
@tvsiqube@tvsmotorcompany TVS deliberately waited for my warranty toexpire,instead of helping, Why didn't TVS resolve the slight vibration issue while warranty was still valid, or at least identifyWhy did motor fail after only around 20,000 km? This clearly raises serious quality, durability & reliability

After spending 1.25 lakh.Just look at how much money I’ve saved & actually gained with this lousy TVS IQUBE it has covered 20000 km.poor-qualtity motor & fact that cost 25000/ if replacement battery 34,000*2+25000=93000
@tvsiqube@tvsmotorcompany I have ridden this TVS Iqube for only 20,000 km in 3 years and now I am facing major component issues.
Motor replacement: ₹25,000
If 1st Battery repl ₹34,000+
If 2nd ₹34000
That is a potential ₹93,000 cost after just 20,000 km. What a big mistake did buying a TVS

TVS CO didn't tell me while the TVS iQube scooter was under warranty that my motor was faulty. Now they're telling me that my motor is faulty, and I've only driven it for 20,000 miles.Whereas I spent my hard earned money on this 1/1
@tvsiqube@tvsmotorcompany
Complaint cannot be considered resolved until the actual problem is fixed.While my scooter was under warranty, I told TVS slight vibration in my rear wheel. They ignored it. Now that the warranty has expired, they're telling me it's a faulty motor.
@tvsiqube@tvsmotorcompany
TVS CO Please do not close my complaint by simply marking it as “resolved” when the actual problem is still pending. I request TVS to properly Check the issue and provide a genuine resolution instead of closing the complaint on paper. 1/1
@tvsiqube TVS never told me when I had it serviced, or even told me earlier that it was a hoarse vibration. Now that my warranty has expired, they're telling me it's a motor problem.Whereas my iqube has run only about 20000 km.
Is this how TVS handles customer complaints—waiting for the warranty to expire and then asking the customer to pay? Please review my previous complaints and service records and provide a fair resolution.
@tvsiqube
I had reported the issue with my vehicle multiple times during warranty period, but not properly diagnosed or resolved at that time. Now that the warranty has expired, instead of resolving problem, I am being told that warranty is over and I have to pay for the repair

I have a poor quality HP laptop that has now out of order. It is under warranty, but Co. is refusing to fix it, citing the excuse that liquid has gotten into it.Instead of fixing it, the HP is bargaining with me. 10% 20%
yet the service I received was abysmal—and you are still trying to haggle?And HP knows this very well. Their Hp laptop was of poor quality. It had been faulty ever since I bought it.If HP company really thought about its customers, it would have worried about them & not bargained
@HP@HPIndia@HPSupport@IpsitaDasgupta@jagograhakjago#Dell
Why didn't those 'great engineers' who visited multiple times to fix it during the 3 year warranty that there is a defect in it?&now why are HP co. making so many excuses about liquid, there is stillshortage there
@HP@HPIndia@HPSupport#dell@IpsitaDasgupta
Why are you refusing to repair this poor quality HP laptop by constantly using theexcuse of liquid damage? I bought a 3 year warrty.Even HP is aware quality of their HP laptop was poor&their Great engineers repaired it multiple times
@hp@HPIndia@HPSupport@jagograhakjago@IpsitaDasgupta You keep citing all these rules & regulations,but it is I-a poor man—who is facing trouble.While quality of your HP Laptop product was poor,I worked hard day & night & bought this cheap pc in installmts with 3 year guarte
@HP@HPIndia@HPSupport@IpsitaDasgupta@jagograhakjago
HP has provided a solution, but HP didn't offer any solution at all. Instead, you are making offers of 20% or 30% discounts, just like a local grocery store.Because Hp knew very well that HP product is poor quality.
@hp@HPIndia@HPSupport@HPdeals@IpsitaDasgupta
HP co don't even want fix your poor quality HP laptop?That's why you are repeatedly making excuses about liquid?Whereas in my laptop the issue is with camera& corner https://t.co/zGG7V2dESc don't blame us for liquid and help us
@HP@HPIndia@HPSupport
HP co.don't want to fix my laptop Is that why you kept saying from very beginning that liquid had gotten into it?HP co.did not want to solve our problem.HP co started giving discounts like grocery shop 25%, 30%We request HP co to pl. think about & help us
