Thanks for letting me know that Paypal is of no help incase of fraud/unauthorized transaction. And customer should NOT trust @PayPal for fraud/dispute handling.

After disputing unauthorized transaction within an hour here is what you get from Paypal. Paypal relies on mercy of merchant to protect its customer against fraud/unauthorized transaction.
