Scale I, II & III officers received comparatively meagre PLI, while Scale IV & above received substantially higher amounts.Recognition and rewards must be fair across the organisation.

Indeed shameful and no individual officer/ organisation should be a mute spectator to such inhumane treatment. It should be opposed and resisted tooth and nails. “ Regulated Working Hours” and “Five Day’s Banking” shouldn’t be a slogan shouting formality.
