Very happy to be in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, for the 57th Annual Convention of the Odisha Society of the Americas, to attend its opening ceremony as Chief Guest and receive this honour from the OSA family.
Founded in 1969, OSA has been bringing Odias across the United States and Canada together for more than five decades. I was very happy to meet so many Odias here. Though they are living far away from Odisha, their love for our language, culture and traditions remains the same.
On this occasion, OSA and KIIT–KIMS also announced their shared intention to build a long-term strategic partnership in education, healthcare, innovation, culture, youth empowerment and community service. I hope this association will create meaningful opportunities and further strengthen the bond between Odisha and the global Odia community.
My heartfelt thanks to OSA President Shri Nagesh Rajanala, Vice-President Shri Utkal Nayak, Bunnu babu, and the entire convention team for their affection, warmth and honour.
My best wishes to the entire OSA family.
