Experienced the warmth of the Naga people and their vibrant culture, and witnessed the iconic Hornbill Festival. Truly a memory for life. #HornbillFestival#beautifulnagaland
Met the Hon’ble CM of Nagaland, @Neiphiu_Rio ji, over a delightful dinner and a warm exchange reflecting on the long, shared strands of history between our families and the many stories that continue to bind us across generations.
Wow… Hornbill festival is definitely a VIBE!
There’s truly nothing like being here at Kisama, soaking in this infectious energy where the rhythms, hues & stories of all 17 Naga tribes come alive in one breathtaking celebration.
What moves me most is how this festival has grown into a global cultural bridge. With country partners like Switzerland, Ireland and the United Kingdom joining in this year, Hornbill isn’t just showcasing Nagaland to the world… it’s welcoming the world into Nagaland’s heart.
Every morung, every performance, every craftsperson holds a story of tradition & heritage that has been nurtured and passed down through generations.
What an honour to show around the work of our entrepreneurs & artisans to Hon’ble Governor @RajBhavanKohima & Madam, Hon’ble CM @Neiphiu_Rio & Madam at the Handloom Handicraft Pavilion, Kisama @industries_naga
