Modi ji has a deep dislike for two things - the ideas of Mahatma Gandhi and the rights of the poor.

MGNREGA is the living embodiment of Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of Gram Swaraj. It has been a lifeline for millions of rural Indians and proved to be a crucial economic safety net during the COVID pandemic.

Yet, this scheme has always unsettled PM Modi. For the past ten years, his government has systematically tried to weaken it. Today, he is determined to erase MGNREGA altogether.

MGNREGA was built on three fundamental principles:

1. Right to employment - anyone who demands work must be provided employment
2. Autonomy for villages to decide their own development works
3. Full wage support by the Central Government and 75% of material costs

Now, Modi ji wants to transform MGNREGA into a tool of centralised control:

1. Budgets, schemes, and rules will be dictated by the Centre
2. States will be forced to bear 40% of the costs
3. Once funds run out, or during harvest season, workers will be denied employment for months

This new bill is a direct insult to the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. After destroying the future of India’s youth through massive unemployment, the Modi Government is now targeting the secure livelihood of poor rural families.

From Sadak to Sansad, we will oppose this anti-people bill.

लेकिन यह लालसा अब एक संघर्ष बन चुकी है। बिहार जाने वाली ट्रेनें ठसाठस भरी हैं, टिकट मिलना असं��व है, और सफ़र अमानवीय हो गया है। कई ट्रेनों में क्षमता से 200% तक यात्री सवार हैं - लोग दरवाज़ों और छतों तक लटके हैं।

फेल डबल इंजन सरकार के दावे खोखले हैं।

कहां हैं 12,000 स्पेशल ट्रेनें?
क्यों हालात हर साल और बदतर ही होते जाते हैं।
क्यों बिहार के लोग हर साल ऐसे अपमानजनक हालात में घर लौटने को मजबूर हैं?
अगर राज्य में रोज़गार और सम्मानजनक जीवन मिलता, तो उन्हें हज़ारों किलोमीटर दूर भटकना नहीं पड़ता।

ये सिर्फ़ मजबूर यात्री नहीं, NDA की धोखेबाज़ नीतियों और नियत का जीता-जागता सबूत हैं।
यात्रा सुरक्षित और सम्मानजनक हो यह अधिकार है, कोई एहसान नहीं।
